The magic thumbprint

My thumb is magic...did you not know?
for it is the only one in the house that can make things go...
the dishwasher, dryer, the washing machine,
all the motorised things that make our house clean...

Why is this so I hear you ask?
for I am the mother, the only one
with the thumb for the task...

Oh mother where art tho? when you are weary, so worn out, couldn't they drag your thumb to the button to keep the house clean.....
